Submissions are to be uploaded to the conference submission portal. However, please read the instructions below before doing so.
For the submission of draft papers (i.e., papers submitted for evaluation), any reasonable
formatting/typesetting is acceptable. Authors of accepted papers will later receive specific typesetting
instructions to prepare their final versions. The final papers are expected to use the standard Springer
Nature typesetting format ("US letter" standard size):
All submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or currently under consideration
for publication elsewhere. For categories of papers and page limitations, refer to https://seet26.sw-conf.com/#tracks. Submissions must be in
either MS doc or PDF formats (only one file should be uploaded/submitted for each paper).
All submissions will undergo testing for similarity and overlap with previously published materials utilizing
the iThenticate tool. The findings regarding any overlap will be accessible to the Steering Committee for
assessment. A committee will examine potential breaches of the Springer ethics guidelines in publishing.

Large Language Model (LLM) Policy

submissions to SEET 2026. We will allow papers for which LLMs are used for light editing the author's original
text, such as spelling and grammar corrections.
Best Paper Awards
The conference will have the following awards announced and bestowed at the closing session.
- Best Paper Award
- Best SRC Award
The author of an awarded paper and co-authors, if any, will be entitled to:
- An official award certificate that is signed and stamped;
- A public announcement of their accomplishment on a dedicated conference webpage
Selection Criteria
The awards will be granted to the author(s) of a paper presented at the conference, as chosen by the
Program/Track Chairs. The criteria for decision-making will take into account the quality of the paper
(evaluated by the Program Committee) and the quality of the oral presentation (based on feedback from session
chairs at the conference venue). Therefore, to facilitate a final ranking in a prompt manner:
- Papers chosen as nominees for best paper awards will be showcased during sessions on either the first or
second day of the conference.
- Candidates for the "Best Student Paper Award (SRC)" must be presented by students, although authors may also
include senior members.
